Blog 10: English Lenguage Challenges

Hi my friends! How are you? Today I will write in my blog about the end of the semester with respect to the English class.

In reality, has been a semester very complex for all students of the programme Public Administration, like also, for the professors. In my case, the English programme has been a curse where my ability’s, knowledge, activities between other things have been a long develop during this four semester in the university.

Before, in the school and high school I don´t like the English, because I would want learn other Languages of the world. For example: French, Germany and also, Latin. Well, that is was before. Now, I know that the English is very important for relationship with others in the world, above everything if I want travel to many countries.

For other part, I feel that the English class are very important in us career, for the simple fact of that the administration in this moment have biggest implication in participation academic and production of material or investigation related with the Public Policies, decision making, projects and programmmes with impact in the citizens.

For this, the self- criticism like student is for the fact that we are don´t aware of this big opportunity that we have. 

The use of the blogs is a way very innovation in the programmes of each faculty of the university that develops and generates more knowledge between the students. Besides, is a technique that allowed for remember and improve the language.

In my home, sometime when I have free-time, I use the laptop for reinforce the idiom in a website renowned “Duolingo”. Is good and easy of use.

Post 9: Changes in my Study Programme

Hello mi friends. How are you? I hope they are well. Today I will write in my blog about a topic very important with respect to the study programme of the Universidad de Chile. When I Started to study in the programme Public Administration, Political Sciences and Government all would a dream for me. In a beginning, the EGGP us present how difficult it has been get the different demands or petition since the students towards the authorities of the university. For example: In first place, the EGGP has a little courtyard, to difference, where others faculties has many places for rest, recreate, spend time with friends, etc. In second place, the classrooms of the EGGP contain pillars in the middle. This is funny and sad, because others classmates of others dependencies of the university, they has best conditions that we. In third place, an of the things that would can change in the study programme, is improve the subject of Introduction Public Management, because has a space where the new students of the programme, they work with places not develop of the country. This is renowned like Learning and Service. The problem is, that the students haven´t the knowledge appropriate for help in big measurement to the habitants from those places. Would can be that this subject was in the second semester.

Also, is very important that the subject of administrative law was in the finally of the programme like how of review. This is some that will be can speak.

Post 8: My Summer Plans

Hi! How are you my dear Friends? Today I will about my summer plans. 

In reality, I think or believe that this summer I will travel to some places with my family and girlfriend (also with one’s friends).  I will like visit the Pichilemu Beach, the Rapel Lake, climb the different hills in my town and other things. 

 Also, between my plans, can job in the municipality of Peumo for get experience about public administration local. 

I wait can job in this, because: 1) I will get money for keep me in all summer and; 2) because with the money, I will can visit my favorite places.

I will want known to many people in this summer. Because I´m very sociable and for other part, I will help me to make contacts or networks for one future labor. However, also I will want train with my friends for the afternoons, later of go out of the job. 

Besides, of doing every this things, I will like study in the summer, especially, because to the final of the programme- later of the practice- how generation we must do the Thesis. For this, I will want prepared me since now.

For now, I want leave of the semester for rest one or two week and later, I will be sport, work, visit, I will can be with my girlfriend, spend time with the family between others many things.    

Post 7: Animals

Hi my friends! Today I will talk about the different animals in the world. My favorite animal is the Wolf, because it's an animal that has a pack. The pack is a group, a family, not just one way of live. The respect, tolerant, comradeship to be present in each one of the relationship they between. The Wolf is an animal that does not feel scary. Always I liked the wolves, are speed, very intelligent, with a natural typical or peculiar that to be unique between the animals.

My second favorite animal is the elephant. This animal is the most big of all mammal over the earth (because in the sea is the blue whale). The elephant I liked, because I admired your power, strong and wise like defense of the natural.  In the Savannah or for example, in the India are praised like gods for the reincarnation.

For other part, I liked many animals, for example: the cats, dogs (Siberian, Akita and Labrador retriever), horses, tortoises and other animals. However, my favorite met is the cat.

Some animals to be in in danger of extinction, is duty of each one of the peoples that live in the earth, protect to each species.

Is very necessary that the peoples taking conscience of all the acts that affect the environment. We are part of the natural and not the natural part of us. 

My Future Job

Hi my people! How are you? Today I will write about my Future Job. 

I remember in my infancy that I want have many professions. For example, Commercial engineer (this because I has a laptop and I wanted to be a engineer, That! XD). Also I wanted to be veterinary surgeon (I love to the animals, Good, only some). After, I wanted to be wine-taster, but I dont feel secure. In the high school, I wanted study law in the best university of Chile, but the score and the sad reality, I can´t study law. However, always my second priority for the study in the Universidad de Chile was Public Administration and Political Science. 

Now, in the reality, is very difficult and hard get a big Job. My dreams, is can job in the Comptroller General of the Republic (Teatino 56). 

Always I liked monitor (but in the good sense), from see the bad practices of the public servants until the injustices of the Public Administration of the State or any other service towards the citizens. 

My future Job is there, in the Comptroller. Besides of the money, that is, something not valuable to me, if not, the vocation for still be good. 

Maybe I can work in an office, because I feel very academic, however, also I liked the outdoors, to work with others persons of the community.   

  

Topic: Elecro&House

Hi my friends! Today I will write about Electro&house music.

The electro music is a genre o style that their listen for the whole world. The firsts countries in make this type of music was The United State and the European union. 

The style is very famous for many people above all in the countries as:  Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Chili, United State, Japan, Switzerland, Poland between others.

The principal characteristic of this style, is that the sounds that emit are very strong, powerful, noisy and besides oriented to the freeing of you body, since the electro usually emit a rank or level of 125 to 135 heart bets, only with dance.

Many  DJ´s famous,they produce this type of music, for example: David Guetta, Avicci, Hardwell, Skrillex, Afrojack, Dimitri Vega & Like Mike, Calvin Harris, etc.

Is very renowned in differents places of the world, the event massive TOMORROWLAND, where the people travel to the countries representatives as: Belgium, Germany and now also, in Brazil (latin America).

Now, since my view point, the electro&house is one of the best styles that can exist. I like listening this music, above all, because I can dance the bests songs of my artists favorites. However, this style to cuase many things, for example, the discrimination for the religious community, the excess to the drug use, prostitution between other things.

The idea is that they  people can enjoyed this party and this style of music healthily.

 

Bread And RoseS

Bread and Roses is a movie of the Director Ken Loach, released on september 22 of the 2000 in Greece. 

The History narrate to one family Mexican that arriving to the United State for best quality of life. The character principal is Maya (sister of Rosa) who cross the border between Mexico and the United State for arrive to the house of his sister. 

The inmigrant life is hard, for every people that dream with one best life. Maya works in one company toilets, renowned Angel Cleaning Company, where know to one young that works in the place. 

The situation economic during the time is not easy. Maya discuss with Rosa because the money not is enough for maintain to all family.

Maya is friend of Sam (Adrian Brody), who figths for the social rigths, respect, decent treatment for all the employees of the building. 

In the context of the film, you can see the inequality, discrimination, marginalization, excessive power, minimun salary and lack of social security.

In the History North American, In Massachussets, one strike  of workers had the symbol "WE WANT BREAD, AND ROSES TOO!" for the recognition salary, minimun conditions of employment and the other things. 

Finally, before the protests of the employees in the building and one robbery for part of Maya in one gas station, she is deported to Mexico.

The meaning of Bread and roses, is that all can have bread with all the priviliges of the society.  

Post 2: The Best Holidays. The South Of Chili

Hi my friends! Today I will write about the best holidays. Was in the summer of the 2015. I and my cousin Fabián traveled to the South of Chili, in specific to Villarica. Where we arrieved to Villarica ( ninth region of the Araucanía) we walked on address to Ignacio de la Carrera, where they lived an family of my uncle. 

The stay was of one week and some days. Villarica is a place wonderful. Your beachs, for

example, Blanca Beach. Pucón between others, are beautiful, for many reasons, one of them is because the water is clear, warm and is nice for showers. For other part, your forests are amazingly big and with a intense green.

The most people were in the costanera or centre of the town. The costanera, is not similar to the costanera centre of Santiago of Chili. The costaner of Villarica is like a small cove that be opposite to the  Villarica lake. 

In the city, in the centre.They have  many comercy, greengrocer´s, bakerys, supermarket, store, fish market in others store most. 

My place favorite was the Ojos del Caburga. Is a place where the people travel with their family or friends for enjoys and share. Have many area green for be there. The most beautiful is the river or stream that born of the cascade. The water is clear blue. I recomend visit this place... 

Post 1: Bonjour! my France

I would like to go to France, for the simple reason of that France is an of the countrys more beautiful of all the world.  France has many places for visit, for example: The Eiffel Tower, where to be in the Capital of the country, Paris. Other place wonderful for visit is the Arch of Triumph. Others like: National Museum of Natural History in Paris; the cities of the sciences of the Villete (Paris); The Versalle Palace in the other more. 

The frenchman or frenchwoman  are many fraternals with themself, In the last time, they have lived many situations complicated in matery cultural, social and international policy. However,don´t is the only one country that to suffer situations of terrorism. The net or social network they ´ve massively increase the messages of support for this country, but the social network or the differents government program  don´t proof the others events or realities of country as: Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, etc. 

For other part, I would like to study in France in the University Sciences Po (the school of the Public Administration),  at least one semester and last, with the time, I visit someday together with my girlfriend some places of this country. I have a friend that she was to France for topic of studies. She said: France is Beutiful!!

"Evaluation of blog experience"

The experience that I was had in the class of English I was helped for learned of best form the language gringo. The truth of the things, I like the English, but the oral cost me from very small.

At the beginning, I thought that the class in the laptops not will serve of much, but the results were others. In reality, the best understanding of the texts learn faster the can communicate with others, is a progress, a progress significant.

The English is the language universal in all the world. En your concept more wide, the idiom have a functionality in the literature, policy, economy, culture between other social sciences. Besides, also in the hard sciences, for example: Biology, physic and chemistry. In all the products tagged as, technological pieces, utensils, tool, toys etc.

The bloggers have been one tool dynamic for learn the English, of way easy and entertaining... the writing, the oral participation between classmates, also is one good forma for get big result...

The experience since my viewpoint is good. Is the first time that developed knowledge of this way, I wait that help me in a future... for to be secure of myself.

Topic:  “the Universe”

One of the things that ever they have inspired to the humans, is the Universe.  Very much of the explications that formulate the differents actors of the scientific community is about the theory of the Big-Bang or also the renowned like “The Big Explosion”. The universe, is the totality of space and time, concentrated all the matter and the ingredients basics for the developed the creation of the life.  Is important have the knowledge for can study and analyze this big space, where all of us are part of this beautiful place.

In our infancy, most of sometime, we think in travel to the space, be the stars that sleep during the day, step on some planet and take a pictures of the space towards the earth. Fly in the gravity, do many things over there up.

The universe is one of the creations more wonderful in the life, since my viewpoint. Your mystery, your constellations, all his conditions for form our existence it`s thank to your own existence. 

Neil DeGrasse Tyson, an astrophysicist, said in a moment: “So when I look up at the night sky and I know that yes we are part of this universe, we are in the universe, but perhaps more important than both of those facts, is that the universe is in us”

Memory and writing Mapuche

A subject I enjoyed studying this semester was the General Formation Center (GFC) in the Universidad de Chile, Campus Juan Gómez Milla. I learned many things in relation to the Mapuche town. Was an experience unforgettable where the interaction between the classmates and professor was very good. We learned about the four elements that make up the community Araucana (Identity, territory, memory and Literature.). Besides, we had the opportunity of to be witness to a Mapuche poet in a of the class.

From my viewpoint, the class is very good, given that, the orientation of all the class was in their process  of life, habits, beliefs (world view Mapuche), foods, ceremonies (rituals with the Pachamama “Mother Earth”) between others things.

Also, was relevant that the thematics views in the CFG, helped us to understand the Mapuche thought (Rakiduam); the verb (Piam); the wise (Ngenpin “The owner say”); the respect, as an element fundamental inside of the Mapuche Culture (interrelationship between the individuals).

For end the semester, we had that deliver a folder personalized with the orientation of each one. My work was in relation to the leyend “Cai Cai and Tren Tren Vilú”, two snakes rivals that make up the world view or genesis of the world…

And today, Wednesday 6th of July, we will have one food “Malón” in representation of the Mapuche town.

 Hi! today I will write about a of the precursors of the Public Administration in the world. Recognized worldwide as "The Father of the Public Administration Modern."

 Wilson born the dicember 28th of 1856, Stauton, Virginia, United States and, died the febrary 3rd of 1924 in Washintong  D.C, United States. Your wifes were: Edith Bolling Galt Wilson and Ellen Axson Wilson. Your education was in the Princeton University and was teacher of constitutional right (lawyer).

 In your trajectory as President of the United States, development studies about the Public Administration, given that there was not an science that studied the State administration. Was he, the that development the discipline or teory of the administration public modern. Wilson thought that the administration was influence by Prussia, French and last, United States. 

 Wilson recognize that the administration and the political class, they have that be separated. In first place, the Policy making decision and the administration is the implementing these. In the second place, the difference in constitutional rigth (form of create laws) and administrative acts (the application of the laws).

Anonimus Dance

  Hello! today I will write about my dance group of high school. It all started when she danced with a friend for a show at our high school. Other boys also danced and has a lot of attitude to participate. Therefore, we started the dance group formed. Who formed the group were: Williams Caroca (Justin Bieber boy); Daniel Diaz (Michael Jackson boy); Jordan Escobar (Dubstep boy) and Leandro (Electro boy jhjhjhjhjh) the speaker.

  Were very good times, a past that I remember much. The trial after classes at school, uncontrolled laughter when we dance Uncoordinated, the fatigue, cold, heat, rain everything was entertaining.

  We participated in some shows at community level. Our repertoire was hip-hop, rap, dubstep, electro and house, pop music and some fun songs.

  Now in college I no longer practiced, I no longer have a dance group in Santiago. Dancing is my passion, movement is a good stimulant.

  I hope that any day, I can dance with my old dance group.

  A of the places that more I like, is Scotland, situated the Northwest of United Kingdom of Great Britain. Scotland takes your name of "Scotus" expression Latin that signifies Irish.

  This place for me is amazing, wonderful, in all the expectations of me place ideal for live. I dream with travel, know and live a time there; I can be in your beautiful coasts, meadow, mountains and lakes.

   I think that this place is very special, have a secret magic. Your history or legend more renowned is “The Lake Ness Monster”, a creature that live in the Lake Ness, a deep lake the sweet water of the Inverness city.

    I like Scotland, sincerely, is my favorite landscape, I be there, enjoy, relate with many people, learn your culture, dances, music, eat your traditional food and your stories.

History

In the United States of North America (California), a student young named Greg Glassman have your first training session of gymnastic in the YWCA.

Overview

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting. CrossFit, Inc. describes its strength and conditioning program as "constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains," with the stated goal of improving fitness, which it defines as "work capacity across broad time and modal domains." Hour-long classes at affiliated gyms, or "boxes", typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment, the high-intensity "workout of the day" (or WOD), and a period of individual or group stretching. Some gyms also often have a strength focused movement prior to the WOD. Performance on each WOD is often scored and/or ranked to encourage competition and to track individual progress. Some affiliates offer additional classes, such as Olympic weightlifting, which are not centered around a WOD.

WOD (Work of the Day)

The training session are very important for anyone person. The exercies consisting approximately 60 minutes. Besides, it has been theorized that CrossFits combination of resistance and aerobic exercise may benefit muscle size and cortisol levels, but this has not been substantiated by a body of good medical evidence.

CrossFit gyms use equipment from multiple disciplines, including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes,resistance bands, rowing machines, and various mats. CrossFit is focused on "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement," drawing on categories and exercises such as these: calisthenics, Olympic-style weightlifting, powerlifting, Strongman-type events, plyometric, body weight exercises, indoor rowing, aerobic exercise, running, and swimming.

This sport is the most complete in training physical. Mixture exercises of resistance, power and speed for make a body with the ability necessary for develop the WOD of a way healthy, enjoyable and responsible for make consciousness in the others about Live Healthy!

Topic: " GFC: Write and Memory Mapuche: acercamiento a la oralidad Mapuche"

My presentation 

The topic of my presentation is the "CFG: Memoria y escritura: acercamiento a la oralidad Mapuche". A course imparted in the Universidad de Chile, Campus Juan Gómez Milla (Ñuñoa# 3370. Las Encinas). Is an stay for learn very much to things and implicate these topics with the program of Public Administration for resolve the demands social of this ethnic town. 

Why I chose the topic? In reality, I chose this topic, because it is very interesting, very dynamic, participative, with much interaction between professor and students. Don´t situation  that  was happening before.

It caught my attention to know the history of the Mapuche town, it's habits, his culture and your origin as town in the Araucanía region. Besides, I am descendent of this warrior town of the South of Chile.  Generetion  quarter for to be exact.

The past history of the Mapuches (people of the earth) is fundamental for know the battles or troubles with the Spanish people. where the troubleshooting between these two actors historic, was beneficial for the Europeans. A shame!

My favorite piece of technology

 Hello! I know that many times, the technology is used for different things. As  for examples cellphones, laptops, tablet, headphones and more. For me, the favorite pieces of technology are the cellphone and headphones. Why? I have always enjoyed listening to music of different styles, like hip hop, dubstep, electronic&house, metal and others and therefore need to have good headphones. When I use it? It is when you want to dance every time. It's my passion to dance, it is a way to be free. All this without the function of the headphones connected to my cellphone I could not do. My  phone is Sony, for me one of the best brands of cellphone or smartphone in the world. Their applications are very good. I use these things every day. I liked listening to music I have on my cellphone. Without my Sony and headset -of red color :) - it would be nothing. In my memories as a child, my first mobile phone was a Sony Ericsson W610 Walkman. It was amazing, the external memory card was wonderful! 8 GB just for me.

Why I chose Public Administration?

Study Administration was not my first option. The start want study law in the Universidad de Chile. For particulars whatever of the life, I was not study law. Chose this training professional for the simple reason, that I have the habilities necessary for interact with the people. 
In this two year study in the Univerity, I believe that this profession I help me to accomplish with the expectations of  can help to other people. 
In a future, I liked work in a non Governmental organization, travel for around the world, Help to people that the needs to.
I think that the Administration is most that to be in an chair and an desk, writing in a laptop. Is something most free. So I think.
For this I choose study Public Administration, for help to other and besides, because I would like follow study most forward for to perfect

My Autobiography 

Hi! my name is Leandro Antonio Espíndola Vergara, I was born in Peumo, on October 20th of the 1996, where I lived with my family until I was 18 years old. 

In my infancy, I liked play with my friends in the field. We liked run, jump and enjoy of the moment. 

In the first year of study,  Started in The School Basic Antonio de Zuñiga, where mate very friends. 

In the High school, I started class in 2010 and finished in 2014. My experience in the Licap (Liceo Ignacio Carrera Pinto) was amazing. Enjoyment all the time possible with classmate, teachers and others.

In 2015 join in the Universidad de Chile, to study Public Administration, Political Sciences and Government. It´s somewhat complicated the star. The adaptation to people, other city, other environment, every change. Your habits, your space, your thinkings and aspiration as person. Your knowledge grow and your expectations make things amazing.

My parents live in Peumo. My father is Manuel, worked in the field, I am very proud oh the. My mom is Mirta, she is housewife, takes care of my younger brother. She is very intelligent. His dream was to be nurse. My brother is Lucas. Is the little of the family. naugthy, intelligent and with a personality huge. 

My hobbies are many. I like do crossfit, is a sport of tall capacity. I like play the guitar, poems write, dance, read, walk in the forest (not in Santiago of course), share with my social group between other things. 

To me like eat many things, pizza, hotdog, fries, burger, but also, food health.
